The principle reason for collecting data about you is to improve the service we offer and to try and ensure you get the most from the website. This saves your time by avoiding re-registration and helps us understand what interests you on the website allowing us to make the information we provide relevant to you. By using the data collected we can provide you with information by e-mail or via the website.

We will not pass on your data to third parties unless you have explicitly given us permission to do so when providing us with that data or where this is necessary to provide you with the goods or service you have requested. If you decide to authorise us to do so we will only disclose your data to selected and reputable third party companies we think may be of interest to you.

How you may amend data submitted by you

We have designed the website to make it easy for you to access information held about you and to amend personal data you have submitted. When you log in you will be given a link that allows you to edit your details.

We use links to improve your experience of our website. We will always seek to make these links clear, so that you know you have left our website. However, please be aware that third party websites are owned and run by other companies and organisations and we cannot accept responsibility for any information you choose to divulge to a linked website, or any contracts you may enter into via or with a linked website.

If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent/guardian's permission before you provide personal information to the website. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.
